{"id":5561,"date":"2025-03-27T18:57:43","date_gmt":"2025-03-27T17:57:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kovasztunder.hu\/?p=5561"},"modified":"2025-03-27T19:00:22","modified_gmt":"2025-03-27T18:00:22","slug":"weichweizenmehl-vs-vollkornmehl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kovasztunder.hu\/de\/weichweizenmehl-vs-vollkornmehl","title":{"rendered":"Weizenvollkornmehl vs. Vollkornmehl"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ich werde kurz einen Vergleich zwischen normalem Weizenmehl und Vollkornmehl sowie der Pflanze selbst anstellen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Unterschiede zwischen Weizenmehl und Vollkornmehl liegen im Wesentlichen in der Art der Verarbeitung des Getreides und der Konservierung der Zutaten. Die Vor- und Nachteile beider Mehle und ihre Inhaltsstoffe werden im Folgenden beschrieben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Teile des Korns<\/strong><br>Das Getreide besteht aus drei Hauptbestandteilen:<br><strong>- Hallo:<\/strong> Ballaststoffreich, Haupttr\u00e4ger der Zellulose.<br><strong>- Innerer Kern:<\/strong> Er ist reich an St\u00e4rke und Eiwei\u00df.<br><strong>- Chira:<\/strong> Er ist reich an Vitaminen (Vitamin A, E), Mineralien und enth\u00e4lt die f\u00fcr die Pflanzenentwicklung notwendigen Bestandteile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Weichweizenmehl<\/strong><br><strong>Herstellung:<\/strong> Normales Weizenmehl enth\u00e4lt den zentralen Teil des Korns (den Kern), w\u00e4hrend die Spelze und der Keim entfernt werden.
