User reviews<\/strong>. The Ankarsrum Assistent Original ice cream bowl is a practical and versatile accessory that allows you to easily prepare a variety of frozen desserts at home - be it classic vanilla ice cream, yoghurt ice cream or fruit sorbet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


First impressions, assembly<\/strong>. The ice cream bowl set consists of several parts: a double-walled freezing bowl, an outer holder, a mixing paddle, a lid and a holding ring. The assembly is logical, with all elements fitting easily into place. The bowl is compatible only with Ankarsrum or Lux robot machines. Due to the multifunctionality of the robot machine, the ice cream maker head can be easily inserted in place of the mixing bowl.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Capacity, use .<\/strong> The maximum capacity of the bowl is 1.5 litres, but the finished ice cream is about 700-750 grams, with the best results at 500-600 grams. Before use, the double-walled bowl should be placed in the freezer for at least 12 hours, but preferably 24 hours, to cool properly. The cooled ice cream base is then poured into the bowl and the robot machine is started, which produces a creamy, well-dosed ice cream in about 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Experiences, results.<\/strong> One of the biggest advantages of the ice cream maker bowl is that it cools the ice cream base quickly and evenly, so the end result is smooth and ice crystal-free. The mixing paddle works thoroughly, leaving no unmixed particles. The bowl is relatively quiet and the robot does not overheat during the process. The finished ice cream can be eaten immediately or frozen until the desired consistency is reached.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Cleaning and maintenance .<\/strong> It is important to note that the freezer tray and other parts should only be washed by hand, dishwasher use is not recommended. The bowl should be dried completely after use to avoid ice formation before the next use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
