Mantenerlo vivo requiere cuidados diarios.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&gt;&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.kovasztunder.hu\/es\/conceptos-basicos\/kovasz\/\" >masa madre<\/a> tomar la iniciativa, a\u00f1adir 50 g de harina + 50 g de agua tibia como el d\u00eda anterior, luego tapar y volver a guardar. Si se ha formado espuma, coge un tarro nuevo y limpio, enju\u00e1galo con agua templada, mide 50 g de tu levadura madre (no necesitas el resto) y alim\u00e9ntalo como al principio: 50 g de harina y 50 g de agua a temperatura ambiente, t\u00e1palo y gu\u00e1rdalo. Debe volver a oler a leche harinosa. En cada alimentaci\u00f3n alimentamos un nuevo tarro limpio: 50 g de masa madre con 50 g de harina y 50 g de agua a temperatura ambiente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paso 8:<\/strong><br>Una vez m\u00e1s, han pasado 12 horas y si las burbujas han aparecido y son ligeramente \u00e1cidas puedes alimentar como la \u00faltima vez.
