Sourdough Saver Pancakes
Simple pancake recipe with sourdough.

Ingredients
- 400 g sourdough active or mature
- 3 dl milk lukewarm
- 1 dl oil
- 2 db Egg
- 1 package vanilla sugar
- 1 tweets salt
Instructions
- Add the oil, eggs, salt, sugar and sourdough starter to the milk and mix thoroughly with a mixer or hand whisk, depending on your preference.
- Fry both sides in an oiled pan until done.
