Cottage cheese tortilla

A very simple, quick-to-make sourdough tortilla.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g white flour KBL-100
  • 30 g sourdough
  • 55 g oil
  • 150 g Water lukewarm
  • 8 g salt

Instructions
 

  • (This quantity will make about 6 tortillas 22-24 cm in diameter.)
    Pour the ingredients together and knead.
  • Let rest for 1 hour in a greased baking dish.
  • Divide into 80 g dumplings.
  • Shape the dumplings: roll out with a rolling pin, a few mm thin, into a circle.
  • Fry in a pan for a few minutes on both sides and it's done.
