Cottage cheese tortilla
A very simple, quick-to-make sourdough tortilla.

Ingredients

white flour
KBL-100

g
sourdough
55
g
oil
150
g
Water
lukewarm

salt
Instructions
(This quantity will make about 6 tortillas 22-24 cm in diameter.)
Pour the ingredients together and knead.
Let rest for 1 hour in a greased baking dish.
Divide into 80 g dumplings.
Shape the dumplings: roll out with a rolling pin, a few mm thin, into a circle.
Fry in a pan for a few minutes on both sides and it's done.
