Cottage cheese tortilla
A very simple, quick-to-make sourdough tortilla.
- 250 g white flour KBL-100
- 30 g sourdough
- 55 g oil
- 150 g Water lukewarm
- 8 g salt
(This quantity will make about 6 tortillas 22-24 cm in diameter.)Pour the ingredients together and knead. Let rest for 1 hour in a greased baking dish.
Divide into 80 g dumplings.
Shape the dumplings: roll out with a rolling pin, a few mm thin, into a circle.
Fry in a pan for a few minutes on both sides and it's done.
