Medjugorje pesto
Very easy to prepare, if you like a strong onion flavour, try it, very tasty with cooked pasta or even toasted bread.
- 100 g Horsetail
- 30 g pine nuts pirítva
- 70 g cheese semi-hard
- 1 dl olive oil
- 2 branch fresh basil
- pepper
- salt
(This amount will make 250 ml pesto.)
Put 100 g of the onions in a chopper.
Toast 30 g of pine nuts and add to the bear's onion.
Add 70 g semi-hard cheese.
Borsot.
1 dl olive oil.
2 sprigs fresh basil.
And pulp it.
Salt to taste.
Then finally put it in a jar.
