Pistachio ball
A pistachio version of the coconut ball. The basic recipe for the coconut balls is Suga Paulina's recipe, which I modified and pistachioed.
Pasta
- 60 g oil
- 60 g honey
- 250 g milk
- 150 g sugar
- 1 db Egg
- 100 g pistachios breaks
- 180 g flour
- 18 g baking powder
- 1 cs vanilla sugar
Glue paste
- 90 g vaj
- 130 g pistachio butter
- 65 g milk
- 30 g Cocoa
- 2 tk rum
- 180 g sugar
Mix the ingredients and bake in a 170°C oven for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Remove and leave to cool.
Put the ingredients of the glue paste in a pot and "boil" them on the stove. Let this cool down as well.
When everything has cooled, crumble the dough into a bowl and start adding the mixture continuously until it comes together.
At the end, form into dumplings and roll in chopped pistachios.
