Mix the ingredients together until they form a ball.
Wrap in cellophane and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
Cut out into any shape you like.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes on the top and bottom baking programmes. Wait until cool.
Spoon jam or marmalade over the discs.
Melt chocolate over steam and coat them with the melted chocolate.
Put them in the fridge to let the chocolate set, then put them in an airtight container and they will be nice and soft the next day.
