Isler
Very tasty, easy to prepare Isler. Perfect for a guest.
Ingredients
Pasta
- 350 g flour
- 100 g ground nuts
- 120 g icing sugar
- 2 package vanilla sugar
- 250 g vaj
- 4 db egg yolk
Filler
- 1 Glass currant jam
Involvement
- 220 g chocolate
- 3 tablespoon oil
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients together until they form a ball.
- Wrap in cellophane and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
- Cut out into any shape you like.
- Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes on the top and bottom baking programmes. Wait until cool.
- Stick jam or marmalade on the discs.
- Melt chocolate over steam and coat them with the melted chocolate.
- Put them in the fridge to let the chocolate set, then put them in an airtight container and they will be nice and soft the next day.
