Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 350 g flour
  • 100 g ground nuts
  • 120 g icing sugar
  • 2 package vanilla sugar
  • 250 g vaj
  • 4 db egg yolk

Filler

  • 1 Glass currant jam

Involvement

  • 220 g chocolate
  • 3 tablespoon oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix the ingredients together until they form a ball.
  • Wrap in cellophane and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
  • Cut out into any shape you like.
  • Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes on the top and bottom baking programmes. Wait until cool.
  • Stick jam or marmalade on the discs.
  • Melt chocolate over steam and coat them with the melted chocolate.
  • Put them in the fridge to let the chocolate set, then put them in an airtight container and they will be nice and soft the next day.
