Autumn pumpkin nut balls
A soft, crumbly, quick-to-make dessert with the flavours of autumn. The basic recipe is Suga Paulina's coconut balls recipe and I have modified it. You can make any flavour of balls from this recipe: coconut balls, pistachio balls...etc.
Pasta
- 150 g pumpkins baked
- 60 g oil
- 60 g honey
- 250 g milk
- 150 g sugar
- 1 db Egg
- 100 g nuts minced
- 1 tk cinnamon
- 180 g flour
- 2 package baking powder
Glue paste
- 220 g vaj
- 65 g milk
- 30 g Cocoa
- 1 tk cinnamon
- 2 tk rum
- 150 g sugar
Mix the ingredients and bake in a 170°C oven for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. Remove and leave to cool.
Put the ingredients of the glue paste in a pot and "boil" them on the stove. Let this cool down as well.
When everything has cooled, crumble the dough into a bowl and start adding the mixture continuously until it comes together.
At the end, form into dumplings and roll in chopped pistachios.
