Pumpkin latte
A delicious, warm, autumn/winter, spicy, pumpkin flavour, perfect for sipping.
- 150 g pumpkins baked
- 7 dl milk
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon ground
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg ground
- 1 teaspoon cloves ground
- 1 teaspoon ginger ground
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice ground
- 4 feed Coffee downloaded from
- 1 teaspoon honey, sugar who that loves
Roast the pumpkin and leave to cool.
Spoon 150 g pumpkin into a saucepan.
Add the spices.
Add the milk.
Bring to the boil and then blend with a hand blender.
The coffee is boiled and poured into cups (depending on how strong you like it), sweetened and then the spiced pumpkin milk is added.
