Pumpkin latte
A delicious, warm, autumn/winter, spicy, pumpkin flavour, perfect for sipping.
Ingredients
- 150 g pumpkins baked
- 7 dl milk
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon ground
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg ground
- 1 teaspoon cloves ground
- 1 teaspoon ginger ground
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice ground
- 4 feed Coffee downloaded from
- 1 teaspoon honey, sugar who that loves
Instructions
- Roast the pumpkin and leave to cool.
- Spoon 150 g pumpkin into a saucepan.
- Add the spices.
- Add the milk.
- Bring to the boil, then blend with a hand blender.
- The coffee is boiled and poured into cups (depending on how strong you like it), sweetened and then the spiced pumpkin milk is added.
