It's no coincidence that I've been missing lately... I've been working on a big dream in the background, and now I can finally share it with you!
I have long had the idea of writing a book specifically for BEGINNERS. A book that doesn't just list recipes, but takes you by the hand from the very first step: the sourdough from your upbringing to your first crusty loaf of bread.
This book is more than a collection of recipes. It contains my Mom's heritage, family traditions, and my own experiences.
100% is me: I wrote it down to the last letter, I took all the photos and I edited them. I wrote every last word, I edited and edited all the text, I wrote all the pictures.
