Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Horsetail
  • 30 g pine nuts pirítva
  • 70 g cheese semi-hard
  • 1 dl olive oil
  • 2 branch fresh basil
  • pepper
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • (This amount will make 250 ml pesto.)
  • Put 100 g of the onions in a chopper.
  • Toast 30 g of pine nuts and add to the bear's onion.
  • Add 70 g semi-hard cheese. 
  • Borsot.
  • 1 dl olive oil.
  • 2 sprigs fresh basil.
  • And pulp it.
  • Salt to taste. 
  • Then finally put it in a jar.
