Refreshing summer lemonade
A simple, sugar-free, refreshing lemonade with snake cucumber and mint.
Ingredients
- 3 l Water
- 2 db snake cucumber bio
- 2 db lemon bio
- 2 db lime bio
- 3 branch mint
Instructions
- This lemonade is very simple and I think it tastes very refreshing even without sugar. You can sweeten it with sugar or honey if you like. It's a great choice in the summer heat.
- First, all the ingredients are washed thoroughly. It is important that everything is organic and free of sprays.
- Thinly slice the 2 snake cucumbers, place them in the lemonade jar and add 3 litres of filtered water. I usually slice 1-1 lemon and lime and add that too. I squeeze the remaining 1-1 lemon and lime and add only the juice. We add 3 sprigs of mint leaves, I usually tear them, it will give a very good freshness to our lemonade. Let the flavours mature for a few hours. You can also refrigerate it, as it is best cold. I usually pour it into the glass over ice. Cheers!
- If not consumed within 1 day, store in the fridge!
