Matcha latte
Matcha tea is ground green tea. It is the perfect coffee substitute. It has many benefits: it is energizing, invigorating, and rich in antioxidants. It's important to get genuine Japanese matcha from a reliable source.
Ingredients
- 250 ml barista coconut milk
- cinnamon
- cloves
- cardamom
- black pepper
- 1 gr premium Matcha
Instructions
- Whisk the milk with the spices.
- Sieve the Matcha into a minimum of lukewarm water and stir until lump-free. Best with a handheld or electric frother.
- The spiced milk is then topped up with the blended Matcha and you're ready to drink.
