Matcha latte

Matcha tea is ground green tea. It is the perfect coffee substitute. It has many benefits: it is energizing, invigorating, and rich in antioxidants. It's important to get genuine Japanese matcha from a reliable source.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 ml barista coconut milk
  • cinnamon
  • cloves
  • cardamom
  • black pepper
  • 1 gr premium Matcha

Instructions
 

  • Whisk the milk with the spices.
  • Sieve the Matcha into a minimum of lukewarm water and stir until lump-free. Best with a handheld or electric frother.
  • The spiced milk is then topped up with the blended Matcha and you're ready to drink.
