Ingredients
  

  • 300 g flour
  • 200 g the rest sourdough
  • 2 db whole egg
  • salt
  • Water

Instructions
 

  • First measure out the flour, half of it can be wholemeal flour.
  • Add the sourdough starter, eggs, salt to taste and enough water to make a sticky, soft, sticky dough.
  • Mix the dough together. If you feel it is not soft enough, add more water.
  • Cover and leave to rest for about 1 hour.
  • Bring the water to the boil, add a little salt.
  • Sauté in running water using a noodle sifter. As the noodles rise to the surface, remove them with a strainer and drain the water.
  • At the end, add oil or some kind of fat to prevent the dough from sticking together. Serve and ready to eat.
