The rest of the sourdough is a very good way to use this recipe. It's easy to make and I think it's much tastier than store-bought pasta.
Sausage dumpling
It's simple and can be prepared in no time.
Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- 200 g the rest sourdough
- 2 db whole egg
- salt
- Water
Instructions
- First measure out the flour, half of it can be wholemeal flour.
- Add the sourdough starter, eggs, salt to taste and enough water to make a sticky, soft, sticky dough.
- Mix the dough together. If you feel it is not soft enough, add more water.
- Cover and leave to rest for about 1 hour.
- Bring the water to the boil, add a little salt.
- Sauté in running water using a noodle sifter. As the noodles rise to the surface, remove them with a strainer and drain the water.
- At the end, add oil or some kind of fat to prevent the dough from sticking together. Serve and ready to eat.
