On a hot summer evening, there's nothing better than a refreshing cocktail. The Mojito is one of the simpler cocktails, so anyone can easily make it at home.
Ingredients
- 4 cl white rum
- 3 spoon sugar
- ½ db lime
- 1 db mint branch
- soda water at will
Instructions
- Put the sugar in the bottom of the long drink glass, squeeze half a lime over the top and mix.
- Add the fresh mint and press with a bar spoon.
- Fill the glass with ice, add the rum and top up with soda.
